If you’ve purchased a genuine Cardiac Science product and it’s been received in error, damaged in shipment or your purchase intentions have changed, please follow our return policy procedure as outlined below. This Return Policy applies to genuine Cardiac Science products purchased directly from Cardiac Science Corporation and may be superseded by terms of a master contract or purchase agreement.

  • Returns unrelated to a Cardiac Science error or shipping damage are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • All products must be unopened and in their original packages. Products must be in new and salable condition to be considered for return. Equipment within 90 days of shipment will be considered for return. Consumable items need to be returned within 90 days of purchase and have a minimum of 9 months before expiration.
  • Restocking fees do not apply to the return of Trade In Goods (items required to be returned to CSC as a part of a sales agreement, often with a credit assigned upon product receipt/inspection).
  • If you purchased your Cardiac Science product through a distributor channel partner, please contact them directly regarding their specific return policy/procedures.
