The project manager, along with our implementation and application specialists, works with your IT and clinical staff on the implementation and system training.We realize that the right 100-bed hospital solution is different than the right 1,000-bed hospital solution. On-site Services. Our team can provide project management, software and device implementation, application or diagnostic device training, or clinical workflow training.24/7 Support. In some settings, such as hospitals, patient procedures and diagnosis happen around the clock. Cardiac Science can provide 24/7 support for Pyramis Data Management software to ensure your system is up and running when your team needs it most.
Performance Maintenance (Pyramis®). Beyond preventative measures, up to twice per year our Professional Services team can performance tune your system, adjusting it to the workflow and pace of your practice and for peak efficiency of the system.
Technical Support. Our factory trained technicians understand both the product technologies and the clinical environment with an average of 10 years or more of medical systems experience.
