  • Q-Care Factory Repair. The right choice for our compact devices such as ECGs and Holters, and the right choice for small practices. Customers ship devices to our factory for repair, updates calibration, and safety inspection.
  • Q-Care On-site. For our larger devices and software systems, eighty (80) percent of our customers choose this package. It includes technical support and remote assistance, performance maintenance, free parts, and on-site support for basic and complex repair.
  • Q-Care First Response. This package is perfect for hospitals or large environments staffed with biomedical engineers. We train your team for basic repairs, supply parts, provide technical support, and remote assistance; and at your request, will come on site to help with more complex service tasks.
  • Q-Care Software Support. Includes basic software updates, basic telephone support, and remote connectivity support. This option does not include parts and on-site labor coverage.
