TITLE: Quinton® Q4500 and Quinton Q710 Stress Test Systems Going “End of Life”
FULL DESCRIPTION:
It’s been about 17 years since we introduced the Quinton® Q4500 and Q710 cardiac stress test systems, and we need to announce the end of support life for these products due to limited availability of replacement parts.We will be able to support repair and maintenance for these systems on a time-and-material basis until the end of this year (12/31/09). Customers who are covered under a service agreement contract will receive an extra year of support (through 12/31/10).
Important points regarding this end-of-life notice
- Telephone technical support, field service, and spare parts are available until 12/31/09 for all Q4500 and Q710 stress test systems, subject to component availability
- Service agreement customers are covered through contract expiration or 12/31/10, whichever comes first
We recommend customers consider one of two options to ensure uninterrupted service.
- If you don’t presently have a service agreement, consider purchasing one before 12/31/09 to give yourself an extra year of worry-free technical support, field service, and spare parts.
- If you aren’t sure if a service agreement is right for you, we offer an on-site equipment inspection from a Cardiac Science Field Service Engineer. Together you can assess options regarding use or replacement.
