FAQs & Troubleshooting Tips
My touch screen is not responding. What are some things that I can try to get the touch screen working again?
- Use the hotkeys to check the settings in System Setup. If the hotkeys are not working either, the problem is not with the monitor. This is most common when the electronics enclosure is replaced and the factory setting does not match the monitor that the customer has in the field.
- Make sure the cables from the monitor to the electronics enclosure are plugged in.
- Reboot the Quest, if the flat panel monitor is turned off and back on it may disable the functionality of the touch screen.
- For Biomed or Service Personnel - Check the BIOS settings, the battery in the electronics enclosure may need to be changed. If that is the case, there are other functions that will not work, such as the Quest not seeing the treadmill. e. For Biomed or Service Personnel - Re-calibrate the touch screen.
