Paper won’t feed into the machine.

Do you have the correct paper? Part number 716-0237-00 or 007983. Using other paper will void your warranty. Check to ensure you have the paper loaded correctly. Refer to your manual for loading instructions. If problem persists, contact Technical Support.

Unit won't power up or powers up and then shuts off.

Check and make sure the green LED is on in the back of the unit. Reseat power connection in the wall, the power "brick" and the unit. If all power connections are okay, you may have a depleted or dead battery.

Lead fail message on the display?

Check to see if the patient cable is seated correctly and that the electrodes are applied in the correct location. Check to see if your electrodes are not outdated as the gel may have solidified. Check to see if you have pressed the override, if pressed then you will need to reacquire the ECG.

Missing print or no print on the paper.


I cannot transmit a record to a network share.

Verfiy you can connect to the shared file from another computer. Verify you can print to the network printer (plain paper). If you can connect then re-check the setup of the network connection section in the Atria settings.
