FAQs & Troubleshooting Tips

How do I mount the 9500 on my wall?

Installation and instructions are included with the unit. Installation is very simple but because of variations in wall materials and mounting locations Cardiac Science recommends that you work with a licensed contractor to complete the installation.

Is the 9500 Series compatible with my CareCenter MD systems?

Yes, they can share the same patient database and communicate across multiple systems and devices.
