Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance

We offer medical, dental and vision plans for eligible employees and their dependents. The company pays a substantial portion of the premium costs for these benefits.

Group Life Insurance

We provide group life insurance equal to approximately one and one-half times your annual earnings.

Voluntary Life Insurance/AD&D

We offer eligible employees voluntary life insurance and voluntary accidental death and dismemberment coverage.

Short-term Disability Insurance

We provide short-term disability insurance for employees while on a disability. The company pays the cost of the coverage.

Voluntary Long-term Disability Insurance

We offer eligible employees voluntary Long-Term Disability Insurance. This coverage pays up to 60% of monthly earnings up to $10,000/month while totally disabled until you are able to return to work or you reach the age of 65.

Flexible Spending Accounts

We offer Flexible Spending Accounts for payment of medical/dental premiums, out-of-pocket healthcare expenses and dependent care expenses with pre-tax income deductions.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

EAP is a confidential, professional counseling service available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to employees and family members. The company pays for the cost of this benefit.

Identity Fraud Expense Reimbursement Insurance

The Identity Fraud Expense Reimbursement Insurance provides expert guidance in recovery of identity and credit history, attorney fees in the event of an identity theft. The company pays for the cost of this benefit.

Health Advocate

Healthcare advocacy services are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to assist participants in the Cardiac Science medical plan for counsel and in meeting complex medical needs. The company pays for the cost of this benefit.

401(K) Plan

Employees can enroll on the first of the month following their hire date. Employees have a choice of multiple investment options. The company provides a matching contribution.

Employee Stock Purchase Plan

We provide employees an opportunity to acquire an equity position in the company through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

Tuition and Continuing Education Program

The company's educational program assists all full-time employees who wish to continue their education and training in order to stay abreast of developments in their fields. Each regular full-time employee is eligible for tuition reimbursement each calendar year for individual courses that provide knowledge or teach skills that are job-related. The company encourages attendance at professional development conferences and seminars, the fees for which are paid through departmental budgets.

Paid Time-Off

Regular full-time exempt employees are eligible for vacation benefits on their date of hire; and non-exempt employees are eligible after six months of continuous employment from date of hire.

Holidays

Eligible employees are provided eleven paid holidays each year:

New Year's Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day and the day after
Christmas Day and the day before or after

In addition, the company provides three (3) employee Personal Holidays that can be used throughout the year.
